Does the hire cost for items ie: tables, chairs & cloths, include set up?
No.
Do you charge a bond?
Yes your credit card details are recorded on invoice and if damages occur then the costs to repair or replace will be debited as per our standard terms and conditions of hire.
How do I know if my site is suitable for installing a marquee?
We will come out free of charge to view your site. Flat grassed areas are generally good but if you have an unlevelled site we can install a wooden floor on steel bearers. Hard surfaces like tennis courts, car parks etc will require weighted barrels that will incur extra charges. Please call us to discuss further.
What size marquee will I need?
Please refer to our marquee section and then call for further assistance.
When do I pay for hire?
30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is payable in full 7 days prior to your function date. Payments can be made by Credit card (1.6% surcharge applies) cash, cheque or EFT (please quote booking number).
How far in advance do I need to book equipment?
Wedding bookings can be booked 12 months out. Other hire equipment generally 2 months….. First in first serve basis.
Can I hire equipment for longer than the standard 24 hours?
Yes we accept long term hires. Weekly hires are calculated by an extra 50% on the daily hire.
How long is the hire period?
Generally from Friday to Monday. Marquees can be set up earlier but you will still only be charged for the one hire rate.
Can the lights be dimmed?
Yes, we have dimmers in stock you can hire.
Is travel and delivery extra?
Yes travel is calculated at $2.00 per /km times the four trips needed.
Is there an extra charge for clear roofs?
Yes but it’s definitely worth it, to see the sky come through.
Can the walls be rolled up?
No, but they can be pushed and tied back.
Is it cheaper if I don’t have walls?
No, pricing is calculated on structure size.
Is there are charge for walls?
No. you can have clear, arched or blockout white.
Do the silk lining prices include setup and dismantle?
Yes.
